Wendy Wee Salon April 25th: Featuring a one-on-one live book club at 2 pm CST with author Kristen Arnett on her super buzz-worthy novel Mostly Dead Things (you can buy SIGNED copies from Kristen’s local bookstore at that link for the same price as list), hosted by Weetacon alum and professional book nerd Jessi. We’ll also use our creative minds and engage with the written image. Even if you’ve never written a short story or poem, you’ll learn the tools and tricks and leave this session with at least one or more fresh drafts! This will be followed by a general chatty chat evening discussion and socializing.
