This condo is nicely furnished and has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is newly updated with new, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops and is fully outfitted for prepping and dining in. While the wet bar and living room is all set for keeping you entertained – 32′ LCD TV, DVD player and library of movies, board games and a mini library. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with feather bed, 32′ LCD TV and adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds (which can be converted to a king, at your request), 19′ LCD TV with DVD, and separate, full bath.
Just a few steps along our wooded path, past the pond with fountains and turtles, you will arrive at our private pier. Walk out over the water and lounge on a bench (with or without a book) to enjoy the beautiful Port Royal Sound setting. Take a stroll along the great walking beach and discover the complex is tucked between two lovely parks. Search for seashells, dig for clams at low tide, or build a sand castle and play with the baskets of beach toys found in the condo. If swimming and/or sunbathing are in order, choose between the beachfront or courtyard pools. There are also an indoor pool and jacuzzi, if you prefer. The complex also offers many grilling areas with picnic tables. If you are in need of a workout, there are a fitness center and 3 tennis courts.
