Each of FEW Spirit’s products — gin, bourbon, rye, and white whiskey — are labeled with an homage to the Chicago World’s Fair of 1893. The tributes to FEW’s hometown don’t end there. FEW’s initials refer to Frances Elizabeth Willard, the suffragist who called Evanston, Illinois home, as the FEW distillery does now. The drawback to this is that FEW seems almost impossible to get outside of the Chicago area.
FEW Spirits three-grain bourbon recipe unabashedly infuses generations of southern tradition with the spiciness of northern rye & a touch of malt for smoothness. Handcrafted in small batches and aged in charred oak barrels, it is a bourbon of uncommon complexity.
